Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google). To deliver water we collect business details you provide during onboarding: business name and type, contact name and phone, employee count, and the delivery address for your office.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. We keep only the subscription status, plan, and the card brand and last four digits Stripe shares for display in your billing page. Address autocomplete during signup is powered by the Google Places API, which receives the text you type into the address field.

We also keep standard operational records: session cookies to keep you signed in, and login events (IP address and browser user agent) for account security.

How we use it

We use your information solely to operate the service: scheduling and completing deliveries, billing your subscription, sending transactional email (via Resend) about your account and deliveries, and preventing fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors named above (Stripe, Google, Resend) and our database hosting provider, each only as needed to run the service.

Retention and your rights

We retain account data while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations afterwards. You can update your business and contact details at any time from Settings. To export or delete your data, or to ask any privacy question, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
