Service and billing

H2Office provides scheduled delivery of 5-gallon water bottles and a loaned water dispenser under monthly subscription plans, plus one-time bottle deliveries. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Plan changes take effect through the billing portal; upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe's standard behavior.

The dispenser

Dispensers are loaned, not sold. The dispenser remains H2Office property for the duration of your subscription and must be returned in reasonable condition when service ends. We maintain and service the dispenser at no added cost; damage beyond normal wear may be billed at repair or replacement cost.

Cancellation

There is no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; service and deliveries continue through the end of the current billing month, after which no further charges are made. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or misuse, with notice where practical.

Liability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2Office's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page before they take effect.
